In the fall of 2018, she was selected and nominated by her school to represent as a student-athlete at the Careers in Football Forum, which was put on by the NFL in Atlanta, Georgia. As one of the two chosen student-athletes from A&T, this was an outstanding way to network, advance her skill set, and gain experience as she presented a group case study to a panel of NFL and Club Executives.
After this event, Megan set her goals even higher, she applied and was chosen to be an intern for the NFL on Radio Row and at the Super Bowl, for Super Bowl LIII in Atlanta, Georgia in February 2019. She gained valuable experience during this internship and built meaningful business connections and relationships. In her role, she worked with NFL players as well as NFL Executives while navigating the media and press of both Radio Row and the Super Bowl. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity continued to expand Megan’s horizons within her career, allowing her to strive to set her goals high and continue to reach them.
